IS SHIPPING FREE?

We have Free Shipping to United States and Canada. We also offer Worldwide free shipping to rest of the world on orders above $75.  

IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?

Our proffered shipping destinations are as the following countries. 

1. United States
2. Canada
3. United Kingdom
4. Australia

 

However, we may also ship our products to the rest of the world but it may take longer shipment time e.g. 3-5 business weeks after the shipment.


WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you raise an order on our store the order will be processed and you will receive and Order Confirmation Email within 24 hours. Please raise a support ticket on support@sphelif.com in case you have not received the order confirmation email within one working day. 

After you have received the Order Confirmation email your order will be processed for the packaging and shipment. It may take 3-5 business days for the shipment of your order, depending on the total numbers we have received on a day.  A Shipment Tracking Number (STN) will be sent to you for the confirmation and tracking of your shipment.

Once your have received the STN (Shipment Tracking Number), you will be able to receive your shipment withing the days as mentioned below: 

US and Canada        ---      (9 - 12 business days)

UK and Australia      ---      (11 - 15 business days)

Rest Of the World    ---      (3 - 5 business Weeks)


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
