Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Shipment will take the following days after you received a Shipment Tracking Number via email after processing your order

US and Canada        ---      (9 - 12 business days)

UK and Australia      ---      (11 - 15 business days)

Rest Of the World    ---      (3 - 5 business Weeks)

Q. How long will it take to receive a shipment tracking number?

A. A shipment tracking number will be issued to you after processing your order for the shipment. It will take usually between 3-5 business days depending on the number of orders we received in a day.  

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. Our preferred locations to received orders are from United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. However, we accept orders from any where in the world but the delivery process may take some more time as mentioned.  

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. We have Free Shipping to United States and Canada. We offer Worldwide free shipping to rest of the world on order above $75.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. It depends where are you located and the custom and tax policy in your country. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
